About me
Hello, my name is Alice and I have been a qualified podiatrist since 1980.
With over 40 years experience, I have worked across the NHS and privately since 1981.
I qualified from the London Foot Hospital, now part of University College Hospital, first in 1980. When degrees were introduced in 1985 I was the first graduate in Wessex from what was is now the University of Westminster, formerly Central London Polytechnic. I have worked seamlessly for the NHS in Community since 1980 where I set up the Ingrowing toenail surgical provision and retired from Basingstoke Hospital Diabetes service in July 2019.
ARG podiatry started at Old Basing Health Centre when it opened in August 2007 but moved to Odiam Health Centre after 2020. Specialising in Diabetes and wound care I was aware that changing priorities in NHS provision, many people fell outside their inclusion criteria who still deserve first class foot care at affordable rates in a professional environment delivered by top rate practitioners.
