Having shoes that are supportive for the type of exercise you are doing helps keep you feet feeling fabulous!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>If staying in for the day:<\/strong> As comfy as slippers are, unfortunatley they are not a very supportive shoe. To ensure your utmost comfort at home, it is worth wearing your outdoor shoes around the house as these will give you the support you need. This is even more important if you wear othotics.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If slippers aren&#8217;t for you and you are going barefoot, don&#8217;t forget to do slow, controlled raises onto the balls of your feet while standing.
